Our SafetyBATTbox S-1
We developed this box for the storage and transport of defective or damaged lithium-ion batteries. It has been tested and approved to ADR 2023 P911.
Our boxes can be used in various different fields of application:
- Powertools: construction and gardening devices and much more
- Consumer electronics: home electronics, model construction and much more
- E-mobility: e-bikes, e-scooters and much more

The SafetyBATTbox S-1 can be used as a transport and storage container
- X-coded packaging (also suitable for use to SV310 or SV376 ADR 2023)
- Leakage management for potential escaped electrolyte
- Deployable as a stationary safety and storage container
- Developed to the latest hazardous goods requirements (ADR 2023:P911) by the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing
- Proven in real fire tests:
→ no flame creation and no projectiles produced in an accident
→ Perfect heat insulation <100°C on exterior of housing in an accident
→ Gas management system in all crate variants: Smoke only directed via filter system and escapes through defined openings; filtration of hydrogen fluoride (HF)
